ACCREDITATION

The Vein Institute is fully accredited against the Diagnostic Imaging Accreditation Scheme (DIAS) Standards established by the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare (ACSQHC).

DIAS is a national accreditation program that is applicable to healthcare providers offering Medicare-funded diagnostic imaging services.

The DIAS Standards provide a consistent statement on the level of care consumers can expect from diagnostic imaging practices. The standards aim to protect the public from harm and improve the quality of imaging delivered.
